Cleaning your parrots cage is very important! It should be done thoroughly and regularly. I recommend a good clean once a week and disinfect every 2 weeks.

One of the jobs that comes with owning a bird or many birds, is cage cleaning. Not a terribly nice chore but 1 that needs to be done on a regular basis.– at least once a week. If you are lucky enough to have a gardener then you can teach him how to do it, but please check periodically that it is being done properly.
